Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
welfare fraud
My husband and i seperated and I started collecting food stamps, After awhile we reconciled off and on, but I did not report this. My husband was not aware of me collecting this aid. I am now being investigated and so is he. I have never had any legal problems before and he is in law enforcement and is affraid of losing his job. What do you think my punishment may be and can he lose his job although he was not aware of what I was doing
