wellbeing of a infant

if i suspect people are selling and doing drugs where my infant is living can i have the police go there and check the living conditions?also look for drugs that i have personaly wittnessed.

You have Family Court to change custody, CPS if you feel that the child is in danger, depending upon your city, the police may or may not widh to get involved.

Reporting this activity to the police may not be very affective, as you are involved in a custody battle. You may want to get other witnesses to the illegal conduct.
