West or Williams Bill/Act
can you tell me what the west bill/act or it may be called williams bill/act is. I heard it was a plea bargin that you do not admit to guilt but you still serve time for a crime and you do this to get the trial over with. let me know asap

As I understand it The West case is a California case that says you can proclaim you are innocent and still plead guilty to take advamtage of the plea bargain, from the district attorney. The person pleading quilty is guilty for all purposes.
