Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My wife was arrested almost two years ago for fraud and embezzlment. She is on probation now and has violated it. She had a friend that used my wife's name to receive cc and I'm not sure what else. My wife found out but didn't say anything and was seen at a retailer with the other person during a purchase of merchandise with said cards. Now the DA and the PD are going to arrest my wife for violation. My question is, how much time will she be looking at? and if she will do all of that time or will she get maybe a shorter stay?

Poor you. But how would any lawyer be able to guess her possible sentence on the facts given.
