my wife has been charged with possession of a counterfeit device and is getting ready to go to trial on that charge. we are seperated now but she keeps threating me saying that i need to step forward and say that the charge is really mine when it's not! she is also threating to call my work and tell them that i'm on probation for drugs & she is telling everyone that she sees that i'm the one whop should be charged with the possession of a counterfeit device and that i'm a p***y and wont step forward and take the charges! she also keeps saying that i'm going to be carged also but i think she is trying to scare me! do i have anything to worry about & can i do anything to keep her from telling everyone that i'm a p***y and wont take the charges? please respond a.s.a.p.
