Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My ex wife and I have mutual restraining orders against each other. A friend of mine is going to court for a restraining order against my ex as well, and I'm a witness. Am I going to get in trouble for being in the court with her?

Not in court. But you should not come and go at the same time. It would also help if you work with the court bailiff so that one party can be escorted out of the court while the other one waits.
