what will happen if i am on a cruz waiver and have a joint suspension and have recently caught a minor possession case?? how could i go about fighting it?? pleaseee help me!!

A Cruz waiver occurs when you plead to a felony, with a promise of probation. If you don't show up for sentencing or you commit a new crime in the meantime, your plea stands, but the judge isn't bound by the plea agreement and can give you anything up to the maximum.
How can you fight the new case and avoid going to prison? One thing is for sure: you aren't going to get meaningful help from a stranger on the internet who knows nothing except for what you've posted here.
You should already have a lawyer is the case where you are pending sentencing, whether it is a public defender or someone you hired yourself. Call him or her right now.
