Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
They say that it will be hard to marry my incarcerated fiance because his charge is attempted murder,but he hasn't been tried yet. He's innocent until proven guilty. Shouldn't we have the right to marry?

You have the right to marry, even if he were convicted. Look for somebody who does jailhouse weddings. There are probably fliers posted at or near the jail.
