what will the judge's sentence be for penal code 777.03 in the state of florida ? and does it matter that the crime was commited in california? and what would the diffence be between an adult who is charged with 777.03 and a 17 year old who is chrged with 777.03?

Illegal. If the crime was committed in California, the court that sentences him must be a California court, unless he is in Federal court. Sounds like he is getting his parole revoked.

California does not have 777.03, so your shorthand may be causing problems. Murder sentences are not written in stone, are determined by a computer, there is no "What will the sentence be?". Convincing the judge to give our clients lenient sentences is part of what we do. If the sentencing is in Flroida, I suggest rather than asking around here, or even in Florida, as you have been doing, see his lawyer.
