If you are required to report it, report it (don't lie on the form). If you aren't required to report it, no. If you truthfully report it, I have no idea. You could ask an aviation medical examiner or look on the various websites that discuss aviation medical certificates. My best guess is that a single incident involving only possession of alcohol won't affect your ability to get a medical certificate. If for some reason you can't get a medical certificate, there is always the Light Sport pilot certificate, or a glider or balloon license, none of which require medical certification.
