Re: What will i probaly get

It sounds as though you are under the age of 18 years. Your case will proceed through the juvenile justice system where offenses are adjudicated not prosecuted. The probation department in your county has a juvenile crime division. Contact them and they will be able to give you a better idea of how your case will be handled. Truancy is an infraction. Trespass is a misdemeanor. Although any criminal charge is significant whether it is a misdemeanor or a felony, you are not likely to receive any time in juvenile hall if it is in fact your first offense. You are more apt to be placed under the supervision of the court for a period of time and be ordered to do specific things the Court will require you to do.
