Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Will prop 47 allow me to get my old drug felonys reduced to misdemeanors?
The charge was 11557 H&S. Possession of meth. I have only the one conviction (multiple probation violations but no other charges were ever brought) and no violent crimes. I have been off probation for over 4 years. Staying clean and loving it!

I assume you mean 11377.
Yes, you appear to qualify. You may want to consult a local criminal defense attorney that understands Prop 47 to discuss your options. A motion to reduce under 17(b) may be better for you than a petition to reclassify it pursuant to Prop 47. There's a difference.
