will i get my stuff back? what will happen to me?

about 2 mo ago cops from a diff city came to question about an identity theft. they came in asked to look around for info. i said u have no warrant. they said is this your place? no its your girlfriends so she has to answer. she was scared & said yes. the cops searched & found paraphenilia, my registered gun, my girlfriends grandmas $ (originally there was $7500 & when they left it was $3200) but no info. they took it all. they said no one is going to be arrested. they said to call them to give up some names but i didnt. i want stuff back but will i get arrested when i pick up? will i get my stuff back? what is going to happen? they have not contacted me since.

It's not clear what you want back, but if it's the money, you can have a hearing to establish that it is not evidence in a pending criminal prosecution and have it released, or wait until the statute of limitations for the particular crimes alleged and have it released to you.
