Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
witdraw guilty plea
a lawyer in town said i could witdraw my plea to domestic violence that i did a coupel months ago. i didnt have a lawyer when i plea in court and i singed a plea form. But he said somthing about ''probile cause'' for the request. What is this and do i need even cause i didnt have a lawyer?

What this means is that you should not try to do it by yourself. Get a lawyer. If you cannot afford private counsel, contact the Public Defender's Office to see what they can do for you.
