Re: Withdraw Guilty Plea In Criminal Case.

A motion to withdraw the quilty plea can be filed. However, the courts are reluctant to grant a motion to with draw a guilty plea. The grounds for with drawing a guilty plea are limited. Generally the plea will be with drawn only if the plea was coerced, or was not knowingly entered. The medication may or may not have had sufficient affect on your mental capacity to be a ground for the with drawal of a guilty plea is difficult to say without more information. You would probably need a doctor to testify to the affect on you mental capacity.
