What does it take to withdraw a guilty plea due to ineffective counsel?

How easy it is depends to a great extent on how long ago the guilty plea took place. If this happened recently, let's say within the last 180 days or so and/or before sentencing and judgment, it might not be difficult. However, as a general proposition, it is not an easy task.
