Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was wondering if it is legal to own a Balisong (butterfly knife) in california with a blade of 4.25 inch. I understand if it can not be carried but can it still be owned and kept in the home as a collectors item. I also understand it can not be shipped to California, is there a legal way to transport it such as buying one in a state where the knife is legal and driving?
