Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I work for a health care provider who contracts with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). Due to a number of infection cases, my supervisor wants to implement a program requiring me to personally observe the handwashing techniques of SNF employees in SNF restrooms, time how long they take to wash their hands, and document the results on a form. Is this legal?

Sure. Is it your argument that those people should not be washing their hands?
