Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Worried...
My friend has a kid and another coming shorty, when a neighbor accused him of stealing his laptop and trying to sell it. He's got a witness and is trying to throw my friend in jail. I can proove he is innocent, but how and where do I start?! please help! I love my friend and his babies, he's innocent! what do I do?
