wrong guy

My boyfriends pending case has a problem with the police report. He was set up doing a drug deal but when the guy pointed out my boyfriend in the dmv records he said the wrong name so they pulled up the wrong guy, with the wrong birthdate. the wire the guy was wearing during the deal was broken so they never recorded the deal but they were able to hear it at the time. this happend last nov. but didnt hear of it and they didnt arrest him until july of this year.

Your boyfriend needs an attorney immediately. Please call my office if you would like him to have local counsel familiar with the courts, prosecutors, and judges, and may have a good chance at helping your boyfriend.

The problem with your boyfriend's case can be fixed by only one thing - a competent attorney familiar with all the facts and circumstances of the case. If he cannot afford a private lawyer, he should be entitled to services by a public defender.
