Re: wrong statement

You need to retain an attorney to represent you in this matter. Do not discuss your case with any one but an attorney, or your priest. This includes members of your family. Making a false statement to police officer is a crime. Further your sister may sue you for making a false statement about her. After discussing the matter with an attorney you will be in a better position to make a decision.
