Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

today I was in court after a 6 week stay of exacution after I pled guilty to a violation of probation to which I signed a 2 year commitment to state prison. After thinking about what I had done and realizeing that prison was not the answer I decided to withdraw my plea. Now I am entering a 6 month in patient drug rehab. 'THE HELP I NEED'' . But I will not make my next court date and I feel that the D.A. is very upset and will try to give me more time. My question is ''is it noemal for someone to withdraw there plea after a 6 week stay and is it stupid to withdraw the plea also if I believe I am inicent of the violation will I have my chance to proove my inocents?''

Withdrawing from a plea bargain or guilty plea is very difficult.
