Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Wrongful Conviction! Please Help

My dad was wrongful convicted and is serving a 22 yr sentence. He did not know that his lawyer was a plea-bargain lawyer, so he never had a trial. He has so much evidence but because he never had his day in court. The lawyer took the money and lied. The DA actually put more charges on and the case was never investigated. The whole thing was over my dad ex-wife NOT getting her green card from my dad. She lied and she was out to get what she wanted and she GOT THE Green Card. We need help. We only have to Jan 10, 06 to file a writ for Habeas Cobias. If we cant come up with 10K for a retainer, my Dad will serve a 22 year sentence and he is innocent. Please help, any type of information that you may have is needed. He needs an appeal, and my family needs some type of help!

Re: Wrongful Conviction! Please Help

I work with a great appelate lawyer, who has 30 years of criminal experience, and who is also a great appelate lawyer who has actually had these writs sustained. You are going to have to pay money, however, I am sure we can work out a deal. Contact me by email, through my website, or at the phone number on the website. Since time is of the essence, you should call this weekend if you can.
