Wrongful Incarceration question

Is it legal for a trial att. to make false statements to the jury about previous testamony given by witnesses? Is it legal for a DA to alter a forensic test? Is it legal to spend over five years in prison because the above? Is it legal for a person to remove evidence concerning the forensic test from the crime scene and hold it for six days before turning it in to the police?

Wrongful Incarceration

The easy answer is NO. However, you must be able to proveyour allegations as to the DA and your attorney not telling the truth.

If your were convicted on incorrect testimony, then you might have grounds for an appeal.

An investigation might be in order.
