wrongfully accused :robery&attempted homicide

man stole motorcycle etc & illegaly broke in to buidling my studio .found him in process of leaving.confronted himi tried to detain him .punched him @ which point the two other people that were with attacked man in my studio. one of the two hit man w/ glass candle stick holder.i was scared & left my studio .two others stayed .man went to hospital & said i robbed him & attacked him. copos now looking 4 me for ateempted homicide & robbery. what should i do? i m also on a 3yr joint sus. d.e.j.for 1st time drug possion
