Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Last year my boyfriends public defender had him plea guilty when he was innocent and in turn he would be off probation. They have changed it twice I know of.. first saying 2017 then 2019.. on the 23 he was picked up in a patrol sweep of helendale and silver lakes.. trying to charge him withHS11379.6(A)�MFG/ETC CNTL SUB

You haven't really asked a question. If he isn't satisfied with the representation he has, he can always hire private counsel.
