Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I currently am on two year court probation for theft but I am currently being charged for misdemeanor embelzzment, i jus found out I am being charged for the embelzzment, so will this affect my probation and will I have to do jail time?

I certainly do not have enough information to determine if you will do jail time. You need an attorney immediately and you need to sit down with the attorney and have a long face to face conversation.
Certainly the DA can move and probably will move to revoke your probation.
