Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
If Yonet and my parole officer conducted a parole search and found drugs then offered me to agree to work for them or in other words set someone up and that my girlfriend takes the charges they wouldnt charge me or violate me. That's what I did, but now I don't want to set nobody up what can happen to me can they charge me even though my girlfriend already got arrested for the charges

Yes, they can still charge you. Two people can jointly be in possession of the same drugs.
In most felony cases, the District Attorney has to file the case within three years of the time the crime was committed.
Please understand that this is a general discussion of legal principles by a California lawyer and does not create an attorney/client relationship. It's impossible to give detailed, accurate advice based on a few sentences on a website (and you shouldn't provide too much specific information about your legal matter on a public forum like this site, anyway). You should always seek advice from an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction who can give you an informed opinion after reviewing all of the relevant information.
