Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California
I'm 17 & almost 18 in 24'days, & my boyfriend is 19.'My mother wants to call the police on him because he is seeing me, she knew that we both are sexually active, she says he can get arrested because it called rape since I'm a minor. so can he really get arrested for that, but there is no proof what's so ever.

Yes he can. Having sex with you was a crime. Whether they will actually prosecute is another question, but she can certainly file a criminal complaint about it.
