Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

im 18 and my exboyfriend is 15 the thing is his parents knew all along and now that im pregnant and he is not around anymore, treats me badly, and threats me to tell the police im older, i dont want that around my baby.. im 4 months pregnant and im wondering if i were to get into a legal matter with him over the baby would i have a disadvantage because im 18 and hes 15?

yes, it is statutory rape, but I doubt they would charge you with the crime. Wait until the boy is older before seeking child support
