Im 15 and my girlfriend is 19 and pregnant can my parents pres charges or do anything about it

She could be charged with statutory rape but it is unlikely when the minor is male unless she is his teacher or has some authority over him. How do you expect to raise a child when you probably can not find any work because of your age and your need to remain in school to graduate?
