Age discrimination

I feel I was discriminated against by age for a job opening at a Fortune 500 company. I filed a complaint with the EEOC. What outcome could I expect through mediation?

Mediation is a non-binding settlement conference, which may or may not result in a favorable settlement for you. If you are not satisfied with the offer made by the Company at Mediation, you may be entitled to file a lawsuit in federal court against the company.
