Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

Alright, Last month I was cited for a pc308(b) Minor Possession of Tobacco ticket. When the officer usually asks you for all you information I did as instructed. I did notice although that he didn't ask me for my race. When I got home, the officer had written down H (Which I presume is Hispanic). The thing is, I'm not even Hispanic or any Central American race. By the way I dress and the way I look, most people assume I'm Hispanic. Although, I am Native American and White. If I bring that up in court could I have the charges dropped or possibly have a lawsuit against the officer for racial profiling because he assumed that I was a race that I was not?

Don't answer questions asked by police officers. Don't sue the cops unless they break your bones or shoot your dog. Instead, sue your parents for not teaching you not to answer questions asked by police officers. Be glad it's not a more serious case.
