Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

constitutional question

A constitutional question. Can you limit a job to applicants who have graduated from an acredited law school only thus denying one the opportunity to apply for a job if he has graduated form an unacredited law school but being fully qualified in all other requisites?

Re: constitutional question

Yes, such a limitation is legal. The very fact that a law school graduate has to ask that question is perhaps a good reason for enforcing such a policy.
