Can I be turned away from a rehab because I know someone there?

I assume a rehab is no different than your local coffee shop: "We refuse the right to refuse service to anyone." I'm a lawyer, not a rehab counselor. They don't file lawsuits, and I don't make the rules on who gets into rehab and who doesn't.
