Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

Is my family being discriminated as the staff at Circus Circus Reno has informed us (on two occasions) they adjust one of their midway games only because of us?

My kid can empty claw machines most people think are rigged. If this is your kid, congratulations. While legal action against the casino for this would be silly, teach her to count cards in blackjack and maybe she can get her revenge on the house once she's 21.
