I have a friend that was arrest last week, was charged with resisting arrest, under the influence, assault, though the office didn't use his tazer instead he punch my friend in the face 30 times....office not only noted that he did that in the police report but also both the hospital and police reports contradict each other. My friend is affraid to make a report against the office....who should we contact...
