Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

I went to a manager at my job on Wednesday about a fellow employee being rude and disrespectful to me. I told the manager I feel this person is harrassing me and i will not tolerate it any longer! Later that shift I was told by the girl harrassing me that we needed to go in the office and have a chat. She then proceeded to come at me again in front of the manager. Telling me how i supposedly wronged her on Monday. So she openly admitted to being upset with me about something a few days ago that she had not apprached me about directly, plus 1-2 weeks ago she spoke ill about me to another employee. So when she shouted at me instead of calmly talking to me about one of my tables I was defensive. Then when she openly admits to being upset with me about this other stuff I feel she is harrassing me. Stewing over old stuff and bottling it up and then taking it out on me on the job. Last night at work in the middle of my shift I am called into the office and given 2 performance write ups over this stuff. They will not tell me if she is written up, so what can I do? Why should I get written up for "compatability" issues when I am the one who came to them in the first place regarding her harrassing me. This does not seem right to me. What can I do? What are my rights here? There have also been several inconsistency issues and I feel the managers are discriminating and playing favorites when it come s to certain issues.

I would start a journal and put all the details in writing for possible future use. Is there a racial, nation origin, sexual, or other discriminatory issue? Be very careful about what you say and do not act angry. Good luck!
