Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

My mom was racially profiled (discriminated) and harrased by a bank supervisor who questioned her how she got large sums of money and from where, not knowing my mom is self employed. She put a block on her atm card and wouldnt allow her to withdraw money eventhough there were no pending charges, she threatened to close her acct....is there any legal action my mom should take?

Yes. This sounds pretty serious. She should speak with a lawyer in your area. Of course, I believe that banks have to report cash transactions of a certain amount, but this sounds like it's way out of hand. Good luck, and thank you for looking out for your mother.
