Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

I am a renter and am having a serious problem with the homeowners association in my building. I am being harrassed, victemized and discriminated against and do not know what to do or what my legal rights are. I need help ASAP -possibly a letter to be written with warning if situation does not cease and desist that I will sue not only the homeowner representatives but the association its' self. HELP!!!
