Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California
Scenario, 2 school administrators have an extra-marital affair with one another. One gets a promotin, the other is released. The one getting the promotion is a white female, the other is a Hispanic male. The Hispanic male had neer had a negative evaluation, still hasn't had one. In fact, he was told that he could be the enxt superintendent of that very same district someday. He is given a notice of non re-elect and told to "read between the lines". Could this be considered a case of discrimination?

Could be. Depends on all the facts, and there is not an extra-marital affair that has ever happened on the job that doesn't have a lot more facts than you provide, or really could possibly provide in this format.
