i was driving on highway 101 in cresent city and got pulled over for speeding while being pulled over he said he smelt booze he then gave me a field test and a brethalizer i blew a .083 he aressetedme when i was booked into the jail my breathalizer was a .05 and a .04 what should i do

Wait to see if they charge you. If they do, you must fight it because the field device is not admissable in court and the jailhouse device indicated you were below the legal limit. You should hire a lawyer to represent you at the arraignment. The facts as you have described them are in your favor in getting an aquittal-Martin
