23152(a) misd..dui...but it says traffic on it......i was wondering wat will i most likely get cause i cant afford attorney...and im trying to get into the millitary..but they said if i get porbation..i can get in untill i clear it up i was wonder do u get porbation always on the first time?

It depends on the circumstances of your case, the local judge and DA, etc. If you are talking to a recruiter you may be able to have the DA call him to verify that you are serious about the military; and that may help. Have you tried to get a public defender? You really should get an attorney. If you are in the Bay Area, feel free to contact us.
