Legal Question in DUI Law in California

2nd dui

I live in Calif, Im under 21 and just recently got my 2nd DUI. When I received my 2nd one I was driving on a suspended license. Today was my court date, and I missed it. Please tell me what I can expect when I go to court. How much jail time should I expect to serve & fines to pay? Thank you.

You need to hire an attorney immediately. Depeing on if you violated your probation you could face significant jailtime. A lawyer might be able to help you avoid a longer sentence. Talk to your family and hire a lawyer.

A 2nd DUI can be very serious. It would be advisable to consult and hire an attorney ASAP. It is hard to tell you what you face without knowing more about your case and priors.
