Legal Question in DUI Law in California

i am 19 and i got a 2nd dui and the first was as a minor i was not driving the car i was sitting in the driver seat so my cousin didnt drive and we were parked on a privet property what should i do

You should contact a qualified attorney in or near your area to talk to , face to face, and adress the particulars of your case. You may have a very good case and the longer you wait to talk to a lawyer, you may harm your case. Also you have 10 days from the date of the stop to contact dmv to challenge the validity of the arrest and attempt to save your driving privedge. Set up a hearing with the DMV if you are within the 10 days. This is another reason to talk with a lawyer tomorrow. I wish you well. David Wallin
