Legal Question in DUI Law in California

2nd dui

my son had a dui under age 21 3.6years ago. he recently had his 2nd dui, goes to court tomorrow what he he going to face? He can't afford an attorney but can qualify for pd.

Your son needs to hire an attorney immediately. He has a better chance at doing little jail time with a lawyer than by himself. If he is still on probation that could be another issue.
