i am on formal probation and i just got my 3rd dui will i go to jail can i got to a program

There's a good chance you will go to jail. However, you should get an attorney to negotiate on your behalf. There are other alternatives, depending on your financial situation, your personal situation, and the facts surrounding the DUI. I was able to keep one person out of jail recently. He was given home confinement. Another client was allowed to serve weekends.
