Obviously, you will have to deale ith the existing charges. If you don't have money for a good attorney, my best advice is don't retain a cheaper but less competent one: Get a public defender.
Depending upon which jurisdiction you are in, and assuming you financially qualify, there will always be either a public defender or court-appointed attorney available. Try to find out who this is, then try to make an appointment with him/her before your arraignment (initial court date). I have found that a good P.D. is considerably better at DUI cases than the average general practitioner. He/she may be able to minimize your considerable problems.
Best of luck...

Re: 3rd Dui
Hello, I am sorry to hear about your arrest for a 3rd DUI. This time you are facing considerable jail time not just a fine. The fines will be high but you are also facing a host of other penalties. If it is at all possible you should retain qualified legal counsel. Going with the cheapest available could result in a lot of jail. The public defenders office is another option you could explore, but they will not have the time to spend on your case that private counsel would, and you need all the help you can. Give us call to discuss your options.
