19 year old arrested w dui

My 19 yr old daughter was arrested w a dui. Can we fight this to keep it off her record and keep her driver license??

Underage drinking is a tough area of DUI law. I would be happy to discuss the particular's but canot tell you or forecast the outcome without much more information.
