Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I am an 18 year old in california. If I attend a party where alcohol is being served to both minors and adults (they are all under the age of 21) but I do not drink, can I be arrest and charged? If so, for what?

I don't see how. You are not violating the underage drinking laws. Maybe make sure you have a non-alcoholic beverage near you which you can identify (to make it go easier).
